Hi, I’m Smoosh and my journey began on a remote beach in Greece, far from the main road and surrounded by mountains. I was dirty, hungry, and all alone when a kind traveler named Krysta found me at the end of her road trip. Despite everything, I couldn’t help but show my trusting and sweet nature. For five days, Krysta cared for me, feeding me and letting me sleep by her side. When it was time for her to return to Germany, she couldn’t bear to leave me behind. And that’s how I found my way here, at LBS shelter!

I am a playful and affectionate kitty with a calm, laid-back personality. I can’t wait to find my forever home, and I promise to bring a whole lot of love and fun into your life! My name says it all—I’m a bundle of adorableness, and I’ll charm you in no time.

I absolutely love cuddles and belly rubs, and sometimes I give playful little "love bites" to show how much I enjoy the attention. I’m very curious and love playing with all kinds of toys—it’s one of my favorite ways to spend the day. I’m also super friendly and adjust quickly to new surroundings. One of my special quirks? When you talk to me, I tilt my head up and down depending on the tone of your voice. It’s my way of showing you that I’m paying close attention!

I haven’t had the chance to bond with other cats yet because I’m currently living in a crate, but I’m friendly, though a little cautious, when I meet them. My favorite thing to eat is wet food, and I love spending time with humans. I’ll rub my face on you and ask for strokes—I’m very affectionate that way. I’m also a quiet traveler and don’t get scared easily, so I’ll handle vet trips and car rides like a pro.
