Kweenie and her 5 friends were living in the garden of an apartment building and being fed by a friend of the shelter. The neighbours didn’t like the cats being there and started to threaten to hurt them. We were contacted and asked if we could take them all in for their safety.

Kweenie is a gentle soul, she can be a little shy to start with but it doesn’t take her long to settle in and show you how wonderful she is. She loves to make herself at home and find the coziest spot available. She is very affectionate and enjoys a scratch behind the ears, if you stop too soon she will meow to tell you to continue! A very sweet lady who is filled with love.

Kweenie was adopted abroad and in February 2021 she travelled to her forever home.
