Hello my name is Garfield and I was rescued from the streets. I got lost, couldn’t find my mom and I was very scared, cold and hungry. Thankfully, one of the Let's be S.M.A.R.T. team members found me, took me into her arms and made me feel instantly safe.

 

In the beginning of my stay in the foster home I was shy, scared and timid. Now, I still want people to approach me slowly and the loud noises can still be a little scary for me. But once somebody touches me, I calm down and immediately start to purr!

 

I am very brave and have made big steps since going to live with people. I started to let my guards down past few days and has become one of the sweetest boys ever, as they tell me! I am still young so I have some growing to do but we everyone is sure I will turn into a wonderful sweet cat! I am literally a purr machine!

 

I love cuddles and I like to be held in peoples’ arms. When they pick me up I snuggle under their arm and start to purr nonstop! I also rub my face towards their faces. I like to make biscuits on soft blankets and to file my nails on scratching posts. I have such a cute face that nobody can resist, people want to cuddle and kiss me all day. I love to play with his toys, balls, small mice and feathers and I adore the water fountain people have bought for us kitties.

 

I am very friendly towards other cats and kitties and like to play with them as well! I am ready to make somebody fall in love with me and decide to adopt me to travel to my forever family.

 

Garfield was adopted abroad and he travelled to his forever home in February 2022.
