Hi, I’m Droulis! Life on the streets of Athens wasn’t easy. I was found in a dangerous area and brought to safety by another organization. I have a minor issue with my hind leg as I am at the early stages of arthritis (knee) but it doesn’t bother me, and I don’t need any surgery or treatment. I just had to loose some weight and be cared for! Now, I’m thriving and looking for a forever home where I can finally relax and enjoy life.

I have a super chill personality—I love napping, eating, and just lounging near a window on a comfy bed. I’m very friendly with people, and when someone new walks into the room, I’m the first to greet them, waiting for my well-deserved pets. I’ll happily accept head and neck scratches, and when I’m really in the mood, I’ll give you all the love—rubbing, purring, and headbutts! But if I’m not in the mood for pets, I might let you know with a little vocalization.

While I love people, I’m not the biggest fan of other cats. I haven’t made any close cat friends yet, and I can be a little territorial, especially around certain cats. Because of this, I’d do best as a solo cat where I can soak up all the attention!

I’m a laid-back guy who doesn’t mind spending time alone, but I also like being in the same room as my favorite humans. I’m not very sensitive to loud sounds or sudden movements, and I explore new spaces with confidence. When I do play, I prefer grabbing toys while lounging—it’s all about keeping things easy and comfortable.

​

I’m in great health, despite being FIV-positive. This just means I’ll need a little extra care to keep my immune system strong, but I don’t require any medication or special treatment. I’m neutered, fully vaccinated, and I have no dietary restrictions—I love all food and treats!
