Hi, I’m Dolce! I’m a fighter, and I’ve come a long way! After surviving a terrible car accident that left me blind, I’ve had to learn how to navigate my world differently. I was found in the middle of a busy street in Glyfada, and it was a scary time for me, but thanks to some wonderful humans and the amazing vets, I was given a second chance at life!

Even though I can’t see, I’ve adjusted really well to my new life. I’m a calm and sweet boy who loves nothing more than being hugged and held. When you pick me up, I like to curl into a ball and hide my face in your arms—that’s my safe spot! Loud noises or sudden movements can startle me sometimes because I can’t see what’s happening, but with a calm approach, I feel safe and happy.

 

It might take me a little extra time to get used to new surroundings because I rely on my other senses to guide me. But don’t worry, once I’m comfortable, I can move around with confidence! Blind cats like me just need a little patience and understanding, and we’ll show you how brave and loving we really are.
